At Navyam, we aim to deliver beautiful ethnic wear with the highest quality and customer satisfaction. While we do not offer returns or refunds in regular scenarios, we do provide replacements in genuine cases of defects or valid concerns.

We offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The customer has valid, reasonable grounds for requesting a replacement, subject to our internal approval.
  • The replacement request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Replacement

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All essential components of the product must be returned.
    For example:
    • In a lehenga set, the lehenga, dupatta, and pant must all be returned together.
    • In a kurti set, all items that came with the set must be included.

💳 Refund Policy (Special Cases Only)

Refunds are not standard but may be offered in rare situations, such as:

  • If we are unable to provide an exact replacement of the product.
  • The refund will be made via online transfer to the customer’s bank account upon return and verification of the original item.

🚚 Shipping of Replacements

  • The process for pickup or shipping of the returned product will be coordinated by our team once the replacement request is approved.
  • Customers may be required to share product images to support the claim.

Non-Replacement Scenarios

We do not accept replacement or refund requests in the following cases:

  • Size issues due to customer selection
  • Minor color variations due to screen or lighting effects
  • Delays in delivery caused by courier partners
